So a standard Saturday for me is always spent at some point working. I work in The Gap in Wimbledon and I've worked in the company for nearly three years now selling moderately priced jumpers, boot cut jeans and plain tees. So of course I trundled off to work through a soggy South London at 11am and returned at 7pm to find my partner Ben had booked us for a meal at our local Italian. I know it's meant to be Valentines Day/weekend so this kind of behaviour is expected to be pretty standard amongst couples, but to be honest we aren't huuuuge believers in the whole thing so it was more a nice evening in the respect that it was a treat, as we don't go dining out that often :). So this is what I wore:
sorry these photos are awful!
My dress is from an eBay seller who's name I can't remember, i'm so sorry. If you are interested I can go through my history and try and find her, all i know is that it came from Japan and she handmade it. It has no tags, and it's quite clearly hand stitched in parts. I absolutely love it! The top part is faux fur with pearly beads sewn in a linear pattern on top of the brown cotton skirt. I always team this with my Accessorize peacock waist belt, i feel it is the only dress that really needs it - because the stitching is quite high on me (i'm fairly tall) the belt holds it in place from moving and stops me getting annoyed! In the first photo - which i did wear out - i've got a long Gap merino cardi in a deep plum purple. My boots are from Office.I've tied all my hair up in a side pony and i'm not sure how visible it is but there is a black leather bow in my hair which I bought about a month ago from H&M for £2.99, bargain!
This is my clutch bag which I grabbed in the sale at Accessorize for £9.99.
Both my rose ring and bundle of bracelets tied together by ribbon, again, from Accessorize - part of the current collection :)
And finally my necklace, also from Accessorize (incase you can't tell, I love Accessorize!!) Think it is still permanent but don't hold me to it!
